Cannubi is one of the most recognised names in Italy, and is perhaps the most historic vineyard in Barolo, with a history traced back to 1752. The 15-hectare site is considered perfect in all aspects, including the altitude, exposure and soils, producing some of Italy’s most sought-after red wines. “A Vineyard Kissed by God.” commented James Suckling.

Comm. G.B. Burlotto was founded in the 1850s and was a pioneer to produce and sell estate wines from family-owned vineyards. On 9 July (Thu), Fabio Alessandria, the 5th generation of the family, will join hands with Federico Ceretto, whose family was one of the first wineries to bottle single-vineyard wines in Barolo, to discuss the magic of the sacred cru - Cannubi.
