About The Wine

Very bright, straw yellow and clear colour. The nose is still closed, sweet and mineral at the same time, very complex. The taste is striking with pronounced yellow fruit flavors. Sweeping sweetness, bridled by a racy acidity. Big, complex finish. A classic high end Moselle Auslese. Great sweetness paired with a concise acidity. Slightly closed in the first few years, it becomes softer and fuller over the years. "Ripe and open with a ton of citrus freshness.
