Good apero sort of fizz. Accents of green apple, jasmine and nashi pear careen along juicy acid rails. The feel is lightweight, albeit, stuffed with flavor. While an extra brut style, the fruit sweetness is evident, a backdrop to subtle autolytic aromas of brioche and pistachio. Good tangy length. JS
Very light, very bright. You’ll find some reductive, smoky notes on the nose, which round into roasted hazelnut—a real showcase of maturity and complexity. The palate is crisp, racy and lean, with a lovely high acidity giving a tart, dry delicacy to this light-bodied wine.
