Madeleine Victor is a special project created by the fourth-generation owner of Domaine Geantet-Pansiot, Fabien Geantet, alongside his friends, to explore the finest terroirs in France and offer wine enthusiasts Beaujolais-style wine at an affordable price. Produced in Burgundy with technical expertise of Fabien Geanet (of Domaine Geantet-Pansiot) and Damien Decoux, this approachable and charming Beaujolais is a great choice for both wine beginners and enthusiasts.

Thistledown is an assemblage of talent, superb old-vine sites and remarkable wines that have established a firmament at the top of the Grenache totem in this country. Giles Cooke and Fergal Tynan – each a master of wine, historian and lover of the world’s finest grenache – became tired of international stereotypes of Australian wine. With vast experience respectively making and selling wines from Spain, they began to carve out a niche defined by filigreed precision, thirst-slaking tannins and crunchy red fruit elements. Fruit for Thorny Devil comes from a variety of some of the finest vineyards in McLaren Vale. Old bush trained vines and sandy, mineral strewn vineyards ensure that this is amongst their most delicious Grenaches. The resulting wine has the characteristic McLaren Vale perfume and spice with a beguiling texture and perfume that unfolds, layer by layer.

Iconic Californian wine brand Orin Swift is led by the legendary Dave Phinney, Wine Enthusiast’s Winemaker of the Year 2019. Robert Parker has famously remarked on Phinney’s “Midas touch” and his creativeness and unparalleled blending talents which together “have built an incredible portfolio right out of the gate".    Crisp crimson in the glass, the 2021 Slander opens with notes of wild strawberry, pomegranate, bright cherry and cedar. Secondary aromatics abound, with hints of redwood grove underbrush, white pepper and earth. Delicate on entry, the palate is flooding with red plum, cherry cola, and spices. A touch of cocoa powder on the finish, the wine closes with confident acidity and length.

Cullen Wines from South Australia is now led by Vanya Cullen, who was named the Most Powerful Women in the Wine World by UK Drinks Business Magazine in 2008, and James Halliday’s Winemaker of the Year in 2020. Twice named Robert Parker's “Wine Personality of the Year”, Paul Hobbs has a reputation for crafting some of the Napa Valley’s most sought-after Cabernet Sauvignon. In 2022, Wine Spectator named him one of the Legends of California for Chardonnay. True to its site tucked in the southeast corner of Napa Valley, the wine reveals a deep purple rim surrounding an opaque core while an abundance of aromas emerges from dark chocolate and cigar leaf to blackcurrant and marinated black olives. An intensely structured palate of cassis, coriander, and dark cherry possess firm tannins amongst a backdrop of balanced acidity that brings tension and focus. The finish is everlasting bolstered by a crushed rock minerality that confers the site’s inherent rocky volcanic soils.
